Beneath These Western Skies
At the buffalo ranch 300,000 years of evolution meets $300,000 worth of hydraulic equipment. Pop quiz...what is the difference between a buffalo and a bison?
Answer: one is was hunted to near extinction in North America (bison) and the other is bread and raised like cows in many parts of the world (buffalo). The terms are not interchangeable.
